Thank you for your interest in one of the properties offered.

 In order to process your request, I need the following documents from you:

1. completed and signed self-declaration
2. ID copy (front and back)
3. If applicable, residence permit, Blue Card, or similar (for citizens outside the EU)
4. Last three proofs of salary (or additional copy of the employment contract if the probationary period is still running)
5. for self-employed: BWA or similar proof of income
6. current Schufa information
7. for students / trainees: the same documents as mentioned above, both from prospective tenants and from the person signing the rental agreement.
